I think of the first one all the time. He was at least 5 yrs when he died. He was a Nosy Be. I had no idea what or how to take care of him. I did feed him regularly crickets with dusted calcium. This was 1998 for pete sakes. He lived in a fake ficus tree. I had to move in with Grandma for a few months. He used to walk across the floor and she would go pick him up " Heres your lizard he was walking across the floor". It was so funny!! Now its leaps and bounds compared to the first one. Although at the time he seemed indestructible. He lived 5 years healthy till the end. What an experience!!
