Is it grey or a white color?
I took him into the reptile store and the guy there said it’s a piece of shed he said to put a teabag on it twice a day to draw out the dead skin it came out the second time trying it

Current Problem - shed caught in eye

Lol, I’m glad it worked, but teabagging your chameleon? That’s a new one for me.

All that info is in that thread!
The guy recommended the turtle eye drops they help with vitamin A deficiency and help clean out the eye for now I’m just gonna play it day by day and anyone have any suggestions on how to feed him for right now I’ve been putting a carrot to his bottom lip till he bites it and then throwing a wax worm in

You said... " Rep cal multivitamin and calcium with d3"... How often for each and what form of vitamin A is in the multivitamin?

You said..."60 watt uvb and 65 watt heat lamp"...what brands?

You said..."The guy recommended the turtle eye drops they help with vitamin A deficiency and help clean out the eye"... What is the name of the eye drops? What form of vitamin A is in it? There are two types of vitamin A...prOformed (plant...beta carotene) and prEformed (retinol, retinyl, amimal) sources. It's been said that chameleons need some prEformed because they can't convert the prOformed sources into the prEformed. Vitamin A and D3 are antagonistic to each other and need to be in balance.

You said..."anyone have any suggestions on how to feed him for right now I’ve been putting a carrot to his bottom lip till he bites it and then throwing a wax worm in"...I would make sure the insect ends up between its teeth...not just thrown in.
