Chameleon keeps falling :(

Hey so I'm a pretty new owner, got my guy (4-5 month old veiled chameleon) as a rescue from a local pet store. Set him up in a new enclosure, the 2ftx2ftx4ft reptibreeze cage. Still working on getting it finalized but I recently bought plants and am on the hunt for some better sticks, since the flex vines I know are awful (if you have any suggestions on places to buy some sticks that would be great!) But getting back to the point. This guy has been falling, around 4 times now. Almost always in the same spot too and ive had to put an old t-shirt down as cushioning. I've checked his feet and his nails and they seem fine, he has a burn that happened before I got him on his knee but was properly treated from what I was told. Hes been eating and drinking fine. I have no idea why he keeps falling. Attached are some pictures of the burn and his feet. I hope I can find some help!

Can you post some full body pics (especially side pictures!) of your dude? Falling is often associated with metabolic bone disease, which can often be visually conformed with symptoms like curved limbs or a bent casque. Also, it would be a good idea to fill out a husbandry form to make sure you've got the best care for him, though if he's new to you these symptoms are from prior issues. Congrats on your new buddy, and hopefully we can help him get better!

I'll attach some pictures now, they're older though. I also know he's on the skinnier side since they didn't take the best care of him. The platoc plants are gone now btw they were just from the enclosure the store had for him. I definitely can fill out that form but where can I find it? Thank you so much

He still looks pretty healthy, with no direct signs of MBD and like @MissSkittles mentioned in your other thread, with the care you now gonna provide him, he should be back to a strong cham within the shortest of time. Good you took him in
