Ok you have some changes to make with the enclosure. Is there a reason you have a water dish on floor ? Veiled chameleon are Notorious for eating plants so you would want real plants you want the enclosure really full so it's hard to find your girl . live plants also help with humidity . Your using glass so that also help . No red light and their should be no lights on at night also lighting should not be inside your enclosure . Chameleon's need darkness for sleeping . I'm going to add the care sheet too look over . Can you be Specific with your supplements . Are you using calcium w/D3 with out D3 and are you using a Multi vitamin if so what brand ?https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/caresheets/ . Look this over .

Your absolutely right! I have a bearded dragon and thought a Cham would be easy ! Very wrong !

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.
Ok I think your girl has MBD due to a number of reasons. Those reasons being inadequate diet, possible inadequate lighting, and possibly growing too fast. Depending on how big the locusts are, you may be feeding her too much, which can cause MBD. Please research the chameleon care resources on this forum and elsewhere, it will help a lot.
- Your Chameleon - Yeomen, female approx 4 months
- Handling - Once/twice
- Feeding - Appox 10 locusts per day + greens Locusts aren't really a good feeder. Try dubia or crickets. Greens are not needed, it's better to just gutload it insects.
- Supplements - Nutobal No clue what this is but it probably isn't ideal. Dust with plain Calcium every day, switching it out for Calcium with D3 once every two weeks, same with a multi vitamin
- Watering - Spray 4 times per day For how long, and with what type of mister? If you are hand misting use an industrial pressurized mister.
- Fecal Description - Light green no checks I have never heard of green feces from a chameleon, I assume it is because you are feeding her greens and locusts
- History from pet shop at 8 weeks
Cage Info:
- Cage Type - Wood / glass viv Glass is manageable as long as she doesn't develop a UrI from it
- Lighting - daily light 7 - 7 Good
- Temperature 75w 80 set in thermometer
- Humidity - Spray You need to measure your humidity levels inside the cage with a hygrometer.
- Plants - Plastic Get real plants. They help with humidity and veiled chameleons will chew on plants, which can harm them if they swallow plastic plant parts.
- Placement - Top of cupboard

Gut load - variety of greens such as dandelion greens , Kale , mustard greens , collard greens - Veggies sweet potato , Red bell pepper , zucchini , carrots , small amounts of strawberries , raspberries ,melon, apples . I purée along with cricket crack , or rapashy . You would have to order those on line . I feed my bugs that . You also can offer your girl any of the above . I use a few other ingredients in my bug food but that would get you started .

I was also looking over your cage and saw a few things. Overall it is decent for a juvenile Veiled but there are a few things that could be bad. Firstly, I see the water dish on the bottom of the cage. Chameleons do not recognize standing water as a water source and all that dish will do is give her an infection. Secondly, those lights should not be inside the cage. She will climb on them and burn her feet. Thirdly, I couldn't tell from the picture, but if you have substrate of any kind, get rid of it. Like the water dish, it will just breed bacteria.

I'm not a vet but I do think @kinyonga and @etclement are correct with the MBD . She will need a vet . Also she is a female she will need a lay bin set up at all times . Chameleons lay eggs they do not need a male . They can be as early as four months with laying . I have no experience with MBD I can not advice at all with care . See if @kinyonga can advice or if we can get @Andee on board .

Ok the uvb and basking can go on top but you don't want it sitting directly on the screen . You will need little legs or rig something up . You need around 8 to 12 in from basking to lights . This should be provided in care sheet to re- check .

I'm not
Home Depot , Lowe's , Walmart , Kmart , food mart , potho's you can get prettt much anyplace . They do wonderful with no specific lighting and can take the humidity and wetness . I've heard that Hibiscus do well with glass enclosures . They do in general need a grow bulb . Ive also have seen a few beautiful gem orchids . I do believe you would have to order that .
