the way your putting it makes him seem small, do you have a UV light and dust his food??

It's good to "dust" there food with a Calcium powder for reptiles. You should probably buy some.. and brush some on the crickets, or what ever you might be feeding your little guy. I have some thats "rep-cal" brand.

o yah i "dust" them.
i have calcium cricket food. and this gel stuff for crickets. i have apples in there and oranges and a bunch of stuff for the crickets. i bougt the cham like 3 weeks ago from Flchams. and at first h wuldnt eat but now he eats occasionally. like4 crickets a day.
I was just wondering if its bad that my chameleon is small compared to other chameleons at this age

4 crickets a day isnt normal for a juvenile, what size crickets are they?? a small chameleon could have stunted growth due to MBD, because he wont grow properly, that happened to a cham i rescued a long time ago from the pet store

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage construction (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
Lighting - What brand, model, and type of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Location - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?

Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Screen mesh. metal. it is 48" heigh, 24"wide< 24"deep.
Lighting - I have zoomed reptisun UVA and UVB lighting that goes on 8hours a day.
Temperature - basking spt is 95degrees,cage floor is 85degrees
Plants - I amusing a live ficus plant and a fake plants near bottom left of cage.
Location - locate on stand near back of my room.not nar anything other than the bottom of my bed.it is about 5 feet away from ground lvl
Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - veieled,male,6.5opnths old,been in my care for 3 weeks.
Handling - i have held him once in the 3weeks and that was wen i put new plant in his cage
Feeding - i feed him cricket,he eats about 4 a day,8am 2pm 6pm,i have lettuce and apples and oranges and special flukers high calcium cricket diet.
Supplements - i have about 40crickets in a tank that i breed crickets in.
Watering - i mist him 3-5 times a day and yes i do see him drinking
Fecal Description - he poops about 3times a day which means everything he eats he poops out. and no he hasnt been tested for parasits. iv only ha him 3weeks
History - wen i first got him he wouldt eat crickets, so wat i did to train im to eat crickets was i ripped off the crickets legs to make them look like worms and everytime i fed him i left 1 more leg on them. now he eats the crickets.

and he also moves around ALOT! i mean like he never stops moving he loves to walk around his cage. i have multiple brrankches and plants and vines so i kno nothing is wrong with him muscle wize(at least i think)

Those temps are too high basking should be no higher than 90 and preferably closer to 85 with an ambient temp in the mid to high 70's, make sure to read the link provided about raising kitty. Also, you only need a linear UVB light, and a regular 60-75 watt bulb for heat and have it on a timer for 12 hour cycles.

One reason he may never stop moving is because he is too hot and is looking for a place to cool down

It sounds like you are interested in being the best you can be for your new little veiled. Feed him as many crickets as he will eat. He is still a young guy and will slow down on his own at about a year. You will know that he is growing as he starts to shed his skin. Post pictures so we can all see your fella.
You said you have a "zoomed reptisun UVA and UVB lighting that goes on 8hours a day"...is it a compact/spiral or a long linear tube light?
A good gutload/nutritious diet for the insects is important for the health of your chameleon. I feed my crickets a wide assortment of greens (dandelion, kale, collards, endive, escarole, mustard greens, etc.) and veggies (carrot, squash, zucchini, sweet potato, sweet red pepper, etc.).
Exposure to UVB from a UVB light or direct sunlight allows the chameleon to produce vitamin D3 which allows it to use the calcium in its system. The UVB should not pass through glass or plastic.
Most of the feeder insects have a poor ratio of calcium to phosphorous so I dust at most feedings with a phos.-free calcium powder.
I dust twice a month with a vitamin powder that has a beta carotene source of vitamin A. Beta carotene can't build up in the system like preformed vitamin A can. Excess preformed vitamin A can prevent the D3 from doing its job and lead to MBD...so its good not to overdo it.
I also dust twice a month with a phos.-free calcium/D3 powder. D3 from supplements can build up in the system, so don't overdo it.
Appropriate temperature allows for good digestion...so it plays a role too.

I don't see the linear UV bulb, but the rest of his setup looks pretty good. As for his size, I know myself that I think my chams are small, but when taking pictures of them we often get up close and personal making them look much bigger then they are. I think yours looks about right and very healthy. Don't worry about size, just husbandry. Feed more crickets! He should be getting 8-10.
