Chameleon stressed all of a sudden

My chameleon has been in her new enclosure for months. It's all mesh and really big (I'm downsizing soon) and she's always seemed fine in it. During the past week or two I haven't fed her as much as usual because I was really busy and didn't buy as much food. I think because of it she started getting stressed and and keeps trying to escape. She hangs up-side-down on the top sometimes. She's usually on the bottom of her enclosure scratching around and trying to escape, and already managed to escape once.

I fed her a lot to make up for the days she wasn't fed enough, and she's eating it all but she's still acting strange! What else should I do?

do you have a laying container for her?

Looking at your other threads do not indicate if you ever addressed those problems.

Is this the same female veiled you've posted about before? She may be ready to lay eggs again so you should get a laying bin in there. You might want to ask in the Health forum what steps you can take to reduce the number of times she produces eggs. I think there is information on Brad Ramsey's site about that as well.
