Cheapest plant grow bulb.

I'm just looking for something to help with the plants but I went into a few hardware stores and saw too many options. I know I need 6500k but do I buy cfl, led or halogen? I'm in Canada so its not cost effective to buy from the sponsors sorry. I also want to be as cheap as possible because I just upgraded all my fixtures and got new uvb bulbs. If you could provide an amazon like or anything that would be fantastic. Thanks

I dont know about cheap, but you will need either halogens or T5 HO's. There should be plenty of T5 HO plant grow fixtures with reflectors that would do nice.
