Confused!

I'm due to renew my strip lights for both. My veiled chameleon and red eyed tree frogs.
I'm baffled as there's just a vast array of lights on the market! Any idea what the best type of lights to purchase?

Any help would be much appreciated folks

Are you talking about uvb lights? If so you’ll want T5ho fixture with an Arcadia 6 % linear bulb or a reptisun 5.0. Now that is for the chameleon. I don’t know about the tree frogs. You’ll want to mount this light at least 8-9 inches above your chams basking branch.

Or if you have a Solarmeter 6.5, you'll mount the UVB light to where it reads a UVI level of 3 at the top of your cham's back when he/she is on his/her basking branch.

Thanks for the update
