u need a non d3 calcium, most people would say ur probly using too much d3, and u need a multivitamin also. u need 3 things.

He's right about supplementation but your gutload with just potatoes and oranges is really not enough to give you cham all the nutrients it needs. The oranges are fine, and good for hydration, but potatoes don't have much of anything of value if I remember right. Check this website: http://www.greenigsociety.org/foodchart.htm for tons of great options for gutload! Even though it's made by someone with iguanas the same concepts apply to other lizards. You definitely want to use dark leafy greens (not cabbage) and veggies like squashes, green beans, and carrots to provide a wide variety of nutrients to keep your cham healthy. Aim for fruits/veggies with a higher calcium to phosphorus ratio to prevent metabolic bone disease. I vary my gutload with whatever produce I buy for myself that week. Greens are kind of a necessity though. Hope that helps, good luck!

The info on the supliments is real good on how to do it, but not real clear on brands and where to buy it. I haven't seen anything
At my local pet stores any different then what I have. My local reptile store says this is all they Use. Can you guys help with some brand names and where to buy it?
And mine is a indoor and not outdoor supliment don't know if that makes a difference in the ingredients

Here are supplements I used and mostly recommended and LLL reptile is the place to go. Ignore the Vit A bottle.

Using the indoor formula 4+ times a month doesn't even come close to using repcal w/ d3 2 times a month. Repcal has something close to 100x more d3 than minerall. Common guys, read the labels!

YOU'RE FINE! Minerall outdoor would be good to use on the other days though and you need a multivitamin. Plus all that good gutloading info.
