Will crickets from a bait shop be ok for charms.

I Dont Think So. Unless You Feed Them Good. Otherwise They Wont Contain Much That Benifits Your Cham.

I Feed Mine Cricket Gutload, Bananna, Strawberry, Lettuce & Other Greens.

Aren't "Bait shop" crickets usually the black species of crickets? if so, then no, you should not use them. Their chiten is much too hard and their legs at more spiny than the crickets bred for the reptile market.
