Crusty, white bump: opinions?

1 year old female Panther developed this flaky, mostly white bump on her side about a month ago. She also stopped eating for about a week and became very inactive. Don't think she's about to shed. Thankfully got her to eat one superworm yesterday. She's in a 2x2x4 screened cage. Has always been a good eater (crickets and superworms, seems to only want superworms anymore). Gets calcium and vitamins. Basking Spot 78 degrees, hand mist 3 times/day. New to chams and looking for some opinions please?

Uh oh.. I'm pretty sure this is some sort disease. Forget the name. Something that stems from the breeder she came from.. I believe it's also contagious so if you have any other chams dont fraternize them & wash your hands. I'll keep digging for the name.. good luck ♡

I've read about a viral pox that can create bumps like this including papilloma. If you do a forum search on skin lumps or pox you can read what others have found out. Whatever It is will need to be biopsied/sampled by a herp vet and probably surgically removed. It can spread, so use careful handling techniques with this cham.

Well the cause of the inactivity and refusal to eat are now known, we found a batch of eggs in one of the plant containers this morning! She seems back to her old self now. Now have to get the bump checked out. Thanks everyone.
