That's not really a good sign of your misting schedule. To me it indicates dehydration.

no theirs no way he's dehydrated. He gets sprayed on a free ranging hibiscus 2 times a day for at least a min or until the plant is running and he gets a mist in the morning when he wakes in his cage and one at night before he retires. each misting last's roughly a min and I have seen him drinking and his urates are all normal looking, white.

its simply a new behavior to show how amazing any creature can be under the proper selective pressure. I will not discount the fact that he may have been thirsty, what else would have made him want to stick his head in water. I also do feel in the past month or so as if he has gotten much more comfortable around not only me but my two roommates who handle and help out with him when I'm at class or something for a long duration.
