Custom plastic bins?

Is there any place in the United States that does custom plastic moulds? I would love to make a drainage system to catch water so I can add a dripper. I have been feeling like spraying isn't enough.

What size is your enclosure. DIY sells a PVC tray that is 2' x 2'. I drilled mine out and put in a shower drain for my system. They sell them for all the sizes of their enclosures. The big one I got was 39.99 I believe. I has a depth of 2" I think.

The space is roughly 35" long and 23" wide.

You could reach out to them and see if they do any custom sizing. What they have listed on their website are their standard sizes and I would be surprised if they had one like yours.

They are not a rigid plastic however, they are like a thick vinyl. Not sure how to describe it. I had them when I tried the reptarium and I didn't find them useful as a liner. Feeders kept getting underneath it and they drooped terribly

I use dura trays (made for rabbit cages) as drain pans and just drill a hole in the corner and attach a drain hose going into a bucket.

If you have reptibreeze cage, you can drill several small holes in the floor
for drainage and raise the cage off the tray with shims to prevent water from
pooling.

Dura trays would be great, but they the closest size is too big.

Would coroplast panels work? You could score one side of the panel, being careful not to cut all the way through, and bend up the sides. Then you would have flat sides, and it could be whatever size you need. I'm not sure how long they would hold up, though. You'd need something underneath for support, and use silicone or something on the corners. I've only used them for going over the sides of screen cages, to keep humidity in.
