D.I.Y. mister question

First off I would like to say hello I am new to this forum.

I am looking at getting a Jackson toward the end of April and I was wanting to made an auto Misting system with the following parts.

It will use water from my house water pipes. I hear fears of water lines breaking and timers failing and flooding the house. My lizards are in my basment right next to my floor drain.

i have a jackson and used this! u dont need to worry about flooding your house or anything.
