D3 supplementation with outdoor exposure?

Right now my Panther will receive at least 2 days a week outside in the sunshine. Of course his indoor enclosure has a 5.0 UVB bulb for day to day use. As long as this is the schedule, should I still supplement with a Calcium +D3 dusting on the feeders a couple of times a month?

My chams are outside most of the day, 7 days a week and I give them no artificial d3. I don't think twice a month could hurt regardless of them being outside two days a week. JMO

I would, but less than if the cham was indoors all the time. Now how often / how much will depend on the brand you are using (some are far more potent than others), and also where you live /latitude. But if your brand is one that you would normally use once a month for an indoor under UVB tubes cham, then perhaps once every 6 weeks instead if he's outdoors at least twice a week.
