daily feed poll

Would you mind all taking a minute to suggest or report what exactly you feed your cham in a given day (or suggest I feed mine).

Example:
8-12 crickets - half in the morning, half at dinner time.


Basically I'm hoping to get some other feeders really soon and I'd like to know how many and how much of each. If you only feed roaches - how many per day? If only silkies - how many per day? If you mix it up - How many per day?

As I'm in Florida and my girlfriend said she would drop me like a bad habbit if I ever even thought about roaches again my staple food are crix.

I have about a 5 month old male vieled and I feed him about 10-12 crix a day (with suppl). Typically I put about 7-8 in a feeder container and then let the rest run free in the cage. I do this in the morning only. I never see any left running around at the end of the day.

I FINALLY got him to also eat waxworms, but I only use those as a treat, like 2-3 every 2-3 days. I want to try silk worms but have yet to order any. I wanted him to grow a bit bigger before getting something that may grow too fast for him to eat and then be too big for him.
