As announced at the beginning of the year, a contest was not scheduled for June or December. Mike from FL Chams has stepped in and offered to be the sole sponsor for a December contest. This specific contest will have a baby chameleon theme. Entries must be of chameleons two months of age or younger.

How to enter the contest:

In addition to the rules linked above, valid entries for the December 2007 contest must be of chameleons two months of age or younger.

im not sure if my cham was 2 months or under when i took this picture. i dont think it was but im not sure. will i be looked down upon if i submit it and it is over the age? i wont mind if its taken out i figured i should at least try.

Definitely not. If the chameleon is not old enough, the entry will just be removed. No one will be looked down upon

Looking for baby chameleons

I want to encourage all breeders, both private and commercial, to participate. Many keepers do not see their animals before two months of age.

To delete your entry, click on 'Image Tools' while viewing the photo. From there you will see the option to delete.

I see at least 4 or 5 entries that do not meet the size and/or proportion requirement. There is also at least one entry using text/watermark. These are all good photos too. If these problems are not fixed before the entry deadline then they will unfortunately be removed. I will be around Saturday afternoon in case anyone needs help.

Size: The longest side of the photo must be at least 600 pixels

Proportion: The size ratio (smaller side / larger side) must be >= .65
