Delilah is Darwin's girl, and much bigger than him. But she is my not so little girl, even though I had her for a year now and she was a take in from a local college student. She is amazing, she gets grouchy every once and a while and she hates Darwin with a passion, so they don't see eachother or speak. ;) LOL.

I brought her to the vet with a checkup for her growth and the vet didn't know hardly anything about chameleons. So I'm at a cross roads on what I should do with her growth.

But she loves to eat and sometimes hangs out by the door waiting for food.

I will get more pictures tomorrow before I go to work.

Yes she does, she gets three dusted crickets every other day or superworms, whichever I have the most of. She is adorable though. c:

Superworms are usually a treat in my house, rarely I run out of the crickets, just because I buy loads and put them in a cricket keeper.

I am very happy it hasn't harmed her yet, I am researching other vet's in my area that can take a nice look at it and will be able to determine it.

A neighbor had an iguana that they recently lost due to it's jaw swelling, the vet recommended minor changes which they did, and said they where going to call them up after a few days so they can get the medicine they needed for it, and they never got the call.. :/

There are list of Herp Vets on the web that specialize chameleon. I have a couple options here in oregon the Best Cham vet in my area is a min of a 45min drive. The first time i took franklin to my neiborhood vet. They were so amazed at his color and could not see the problem i took him in for.So if a vet trip is needed I make the drive. If i need a fecal or know what medication i need i call the cheaper neiborhood vet. Its a good idea to research Herp Vets in your area so your prepaired .Dont be afraid to ask The big question. How many chameleons have you seen or treated in the last year? Your girl is beatuful . Those will be some nice babbies! when are they due?

I found a couple of Herp Vets about an hour and a half away from me, there are several in Sioux Falls, so I might check one out soon. With school starting tomorrow I will have to start looking for them out of school. Thanks for the compliment on her, she shows some very nice colors as well as the father of the clutch. They are in at almost 7 months so I am hoping within the next month and a half they will hatch. The eggs are huge too.
