yah, so let see he's just a few days over 4 months. man how much bigger will he get in a month...

How you think he is doing in size?

and i was kinda shocked about his colors too, he gets much deeper reds when im cleaning his cage.. But i still havn't seen him really do any of the other stuff..mins ah puff/hiss..and has only gaped once at me...

but i can't get him to fire up at the jacksons chameleon or even the mirror, he really does have a calm not timid but like what ever attitude.

Gesang he is a great chameleon.

Sometimes they won't start to fire up until their hormones kick in.

How do I get my one and a half year old Sambava's horomones going, then? I still haven't had him fire up. He is so easy going, even seeing another male panther in his territory. In fact...he started headbobbing. Wrong horomones, I think

The way we first got to see Rantabe (our first male Sambava) fire up was to wake him in the middle of the night and show him another male. Not a very nice thing to do, but it worked.
