Well today was interesting, I had Diego out for a little visit which I usually do every couple of days for no longer than 5 min, just so he gets adjusts to the occasional contact. He is now a 4 month old Blue Nosy Be...I had to step out for a little while,so I placed him back into his cage. I noticed that he was not eating his norm of crickets, total today was 6 instead of being a little piggy:) and eating anywhere from 11-15 Once I returned, I did the usual check in and low and behold he was a Chameleon that mummified himself... He was shedding! I'm assuming this is a good sign since he has just grown! no other change in behavior or bowel movements are norm.

Here are a few pictures of him shedding, the poor guy did his best to pose for the picture!:D

These pictures remind me of when I was little and I'd have little bits of glue all over me and I'd peel it off - but don't peel it off him LOL!

I spy a compact UVB light. No good. Get a tube. Compacts harm the eyes.
