Dilly beans vet visit. I'm a horrible cham parent.

I like seeing them eat though. Cam has no hesitation and it makes me feel good when I see her eating all her different feeders.
The sticky tongues are awesome so they probably get way too many treats but only from my hand, so I have myself convinced it's OK because I'm helping to build trust.

Look into Reptaid when she is better, its an organic immune support for the reptile,I use them with all my older chams to give them the extra boost,So far it kept all of my older chams well ,its a great product in my experience.

I have Flukers Repta Boost on hand, and she takes it readily. Any experience with it? Are they similar?

I haven't use the repta boost,so I can not give u the review, but I have use my reptaid, and one of my older cham ,he is almost 3years old,I gave him 0.20ml for minimum 7days,next thing I know he act even more like a juvenile roaming around and eating more food,I had to cut down the portion of the feeders, since he can gain weight fairly easy.
The Reptaid is all about the antioxidant,it help with their immunity, eye and mouth, energy n healthy digestion
And the UPPER RESPIRATORY FUNCTIONS which will help ur baby Bean
But u have to use the exact dosage, more is not better.
How about the Repta boost??

I know I'm late to this post but you're not a bad owner. Being paranoid about everything your Cham does in hind sight is what makes a very good Cham. Because of it you basically saved her life and kept her from getting worse. I'm sure with your care and ability to learn but still trust your gut you will fix her up in no time!

she is attributing the hypocalcemiab(MBD in my opinion) and osteoarthritis to the recent clutch drawing calcium from her bones.

This is what my (non-vet) opinion is as well. Now stop beating yourself up about caring enough to see the signs and act by taking her to what seems like an awesome vet! Glad she is well on her way to full recovery!!!

Also glad to see so many helpful CF members :).

Thank you so much! I will be the first to say, the people on here are probably the only reason that I knew something was up. Even though the symptoms weren't severe, I scoured the forums and I'm so glad that I did. And the AMAZING people on here that are so kind probably kept me from going insane from worry.

Just give us some time, we will make you insane for so many reasons!

I just knew something was off with her since her clutch. I know that I sounded paranoid and crazy, but I'm SOOOOO glad that I was paranoid enough to watch for symptoms and get her to the vet. Left unchecked , this could have been fatal.
And that right there proves that you are, in fact, a great cham mom!
