Has anyone mixed Dino Fuel with Repashy Bug Burger?.... Any and all thoughts please...
Nope, haven't tried mixing the two. Depending on the contents of both it might cause a problem with TO MUCH of something that could potentially do your chameleon harm. I don't have near the experience that some on here do and I'm sure you will get some more comments. It might not hurt a thing and actually be beneficial.........actually a pretty good question.
I do use the Bug Burger as a gutload for my crickets and my crickets are eating it like little pigs. They are usually so gorged on the stuff that when he pops them in his mouth the juices fly..........which makes me happy because I don't see him drink enough to keep a fly alive.
That is an interesting question. One good thing about DinoFuel is that it is 100% Organic and has no chemicals or preservatives. I have personally never tried bug burger. However, I feel that mixing the two can only enhance the nutritional value. More research will need to be done for me to be positive, but I feel it will actually be a great mixture! Crickets absolutely race over to eat DinoFuel, and if they do the same on bugburger, well you have one tasty cricket food.
I just read his ingredients in the bug burger and I think that by adding DinoFuel to the mixture you are enhancing the super food properties. Keep in mind that this is my best guess and no scientific studies can uphold my theory.
Maybe I have stumbled on something here
Yeah..... The mix will be going in the crickets and not directly into the Chams mouth via powder... I really look forward to some more comments...
My crickets freak on the Burger too!! LUV IT!!!
brb, i'm going to go taste the stuff (bug burger)...Smells like cinnamon apple pie in the microwave!! And the ingredients sound delish!!
LOL, JohRich, let us know how it tastes. I know DinoFuel doesn't taste great to humans, but my dogs come running when I bring it out. They love the taste and so do beardies, veileds, crickets, superworms, and roaches. I put the DinoFuel in my morning smoothies and can't taste it at all. However, a dry spoon full of it is another story.

It's not bad! But not great either!! (ate the gel)
Lets just say the crickets won't have to worry for competition for bug burger. lol
Do you really put it in your smoothies.. The ingredients seem energy packed!!makes sense
I have personally not tried bug burger yet. However, yes I put DinoFuel in my smoothies. Heck vegan bars in Cali. basically put the same ingredients of DinoFuel in their smoothies too. Now for breakfast all I need is my smoothie and I am full until lunch. I still do not have colors like my panthers, but maybe some day.

shucks!! well it was worth a try to score some free Dino-Fuel!!
But while i have your attention!! Whats the difference between the Dino and the Raptor lines?
I have 2 really nice potential Chams .A "Son Tiger" Ambilobe and a "Gargamel" Ambanja!
Im willing to try anything to help bring out their color!
The difference in the two are the first two ingredients in each. DinoFuel has Spirulina Algae or blue/green algae and Bee Pollen as the first two ingredients. DF Raptor Edition has Alfalfa and Marigold as the first two ingredients. Studies have shown that many of the ingredients have enormous health benefits and color enhancing properties. The regular DinoFuel tends to bring out more blue/green pigments. Where the Raptor tends to bring out the more yellow, orange, red pigments. This is possibly due to the marigold and alfalfa. Ground Marigold is extremely orange in color and if you put it in a smoothie, you get a very rich color. However, for me I use both and since all the ingredients are super foods, color and health go hand in hand. Diet plays a huge role in health and appearance, but of course that is a given.
