Effects of fans / vents near Cage?

Here is to get a question I have had looming in my head out of the way > apart from decreasing humidity, how does a fan/vent/draft pointed directly towards a cage affect it negatively. I have been wondering about this all the time and cannot figure it out. Most of the times it gets windy and breezy in the wild and i have seen chams swaying in the branches even asleep at night..?? It is also listed on the how to ask for help form. Any idea?

For my glass terrariums I have always used computer fans converted to USB fans on top of the enclosures. I have not noticed any poor side-affects in doing so. I also generally leave my rooms fan on during the day and in that room I have screen enclosures. My temperatures are still bang-on and I am able to maintain appropriate humidity levels by using shower curtains wrapped around the mesh.

Yeah i also thought of the computer fans as I have used them before..but i do them blowing out not in just to replace thd air

In my loft, i keep my jackson's along with some others. since they are montane, i keep a tall floor fan up there with them. i keep it on low and rotating. just enough to sway the umbrella plants a little. it also helps to dry up any extra water on the cage bottom that may want to run over the side also. when the fan spins to hit the cage, the water collected on the leaves from the fogger spread out too (mini spray burst every 10-15 seconds). they go crazy for that. makes the crix move around too, as a bonus.
