For a Veiled their daytime humidity does better between 30-50%. It can sit higher and some do not have an issue with it. Others like my boy will sit and gape for hours if my dehumidifier is not on and his humidity climbs over 60%.

I don't remember who posted an article on veileds and their humidity in their natural habitat.
I believe even 60% was too low.

Temps I follow the lower levels. Max he is at is 83 and that is only in one corner of his cage the rest of basking sits at about 79-80. I do let his basking corner sit a little higher because if I do not he will screen climb the top to get to the heat.

Yeah I remember when I first became a member,
I was advised a basking spot of 90-95.
I think like 3 years ago
