Exo Light Cycle Unit?

Does anyone have any experiance with the exo dimming light cycle units? I have two units and both appwar to do the same thing. I have the 2x40w version and im using two 15w bulbs. The bulbs appear to not dim at all but just turn right on. Could this be caused by having the 40w version instead of the 20w version? Ive called exo terra and they really have no clue...

it could be the light bulbs that you are using. Are you using CFL's? i know that those are not dimable. regular incandesants are though. i would read the box that the bulb came in or contact the manufacturer to ask questions.

Im actually using the exo bulbs... and ive been in contact with exo terra just wondering if anyone else has had simular issues

Google few reviews on the unit they don't actually dim sorry for the bad news
