You all have been so much help. I personally, and my little Kendrick thank you!! I got a 9 inch long, 3 inch diameter piece of PVC, as I work for a pool company so there is no shortage of pvc in my life haha, drilled several small holes in it at the bottom, got the hydro balls from zoo med but at also combining it with the BioDude drainage layer, totally using the idea of the window screen to separate the soil and the drainage. The BioDude shipment should arrive within the next two days and I got two scheffleras along with two ficus plants in the order as well. I “downgraded” my mistking timer to the seconds timer (ST24) because the HG24 has been garbage. Biggest waste of an up charge ever for anyone reading this.. The misting sessions have been way too short and when they’re long I have a swamp for a terrarium that needs immediate shop vaccing. The only thing left to do once everything arrives is get it set up and post some pics!
