feeders???

what do you guys use as a feeder? i have a big cage now for the both of my chams and if i put crickets in there cages they all hide lol my chams are use to catching them how do i get them to use a feeder and what shouls i use thanks oh and were should i put the feeder? thanks

I use the feeder bowl method and pull off one of the crickets back legs so it can't hop out of the bowl. You don't want the bowl too deep where the cham is afraid to stick it's head in there.
