Feeding large crickets

How do u feed her, vegetables in a cup, vegetables on the screen cage or vegetables with ur hand feed???
I haven't had her eat veggies or nothing I just make sure that I gut load what iam feeding and I use a cup and somtimes my hand for super worms and take her out 50 percent of the times i feed

Lots of studies done on properly gutloading crickets. I do remote the back legs, also makes them easier to catch or contain in cups.

Thought I'd add, it's not ok to have fruits and vegetables as their main diet. They lack insufficient nutrients. Insects should always be a chams staple diet. You can offer some veggies and they may munch on it, they may not. It's common amongst veileds to eat greens. You're best bet is to offer many insects and gutload properly. Oranges, kale, collard greens, squash, etc. The greens are particularly cheap most of the times and also add hydration to your chams diet. (y)

Meg4433...how old is your chameleon? I have fed my adult chameleons large crickets for many years and don't recall there being any problems caused by them.

Btw...Veiled chameleons are NOT vegetarian...they are omnivores.
