Feeding veiled

Hey I've been reading articles about feeding them and lots of the information is conflicting. I was hoping you could tell me what you feed yours or just some tips.

They eat mainly bugs/insects/worms. Like crickets, locust, roaches, silkworms,calci worms, hornworms, love things that fly, blue bottles, some moths etc.
a good varied diet is what they need. These feeders need to be well gut loaded with fruit n veggies, dry gut load. Check sandrachameleons blog for good gut loads.
You also need to supplement by dusting the feeders, with a good schedule depending on species. Most use plain calcium every feed, calcium with d3 twice a month and multivit twice a month for veileds and panthers.
Veileds will also eat fruits n veg too.
