Female Veiled cut her foot

Hi I just noticed my veiled had a cut on her foot. It was on the inside of her foot"llso I ran it under water and put neosporan on it but lately she's been using only three of her feet and only using the bad on to balance on. She almost acts like its broken. Even when on a vine she let's her bad foot dangle to the side. If its broken shouldn't there be swelling around her ankle or leg? I'll try to post a picture as well. I should say as well I just recently bought her from a local pet store that had almost to none of a suitable environment for a chameleon so she definitely seems a lot happier in her new home. Also her eating habits are great.

Welcome to the forums! You should be able to get lots of good advice here! I am glad you were able to rescue your chameleon from those bad conditions. Can you copy and paste and fill out the form below?

I don't seem to be able to see the cut very well in that picture, but if it is not swelling that is a good sign. However, her coloration in the picture and some areas on her head and back look strange. It could just be the lighting or she is starting to shed. However, she may not have had proper UVB or supplementation at the pet store.

Do you see any other symptoms, like lethargy, sleeping during the day, popping sounds, holding her head up all the time, gulping, etc? Some pet stores can be really bad and its best to catch any problems early.

How long have you had her, how old is she, and how long is she?

Welcome to the forum!
Sorry your cham is having a problem but as has already been said by sharp229, you've come to a great place for reliable advice.

The questions that sharp229 asked are good ones, and filling us in with the answers to the How to Ask for Help questions provides us with a way to more accurately advise you.

At the very least, we would need to know the answers to sharp229's final question:
How long have you had her, how old is she, and how long is she?

PLUS

How long has it been since you noticed the cut and was she or could she have been holding her foot strangely for a while before that?

If it is still cut and not healed, then that could account for her not wanting to grip with it. Did it ever heal??
