Ya, you can see him on my profile in my album named my chams. His name is Maurice, it says his name under all his pics. There is also a thread of pics of him called Maurice- Ambilobe x Nosey Be x Sambava cross.

I have no idea who his sire is all the person could tell me was that he was a Sambava from FLchams. He is 2 years old. I don't have a recent weight on him but he is about twice the size of my Ambilobe and NosyBe males. My female is from a wild caught mom so I can't wait for the eggs to hatch so I can see what they are going to look like.

Amanda, why do you think he was marked wrong? I doubt they would have put an age on him if he wasn't bred there, but I suppose mess ups can happen.

they have a whole list of their breeder chams on the site...but no jackson's :( so i think they got him from an outside private breeder or something, probably the whole clutch. or their breeding jackson's arent important enough to put on there :/ ..i just find it weird the age was wrong, but i noticed they dont update the ages very often, im always on their site looking for chams i cant afford  they had 5 months labeled for the jackson's the entire 2 or 3 months i was researching before getting one..

They buy a lot of gravid females and many babies are CH, or in the case of jacksons, captive born (not bred)

He breeds a lot of chameleons. I've never talked to him about jacksons particularly, but I would bet that he has a lot of females drop litters from the WC ones he gets in. It wouldn't surprise me if females just drop them randomly and there were several clutches that were born one after the other. Did you get it online? He always has a lot of CB ones and WC ones when I see him at shows.

I'm just speculating though!

yep, online, never went to a show :/ didnt say whether wc, or cb...but although shy, i dont think he was wc based on his disposition..

if that's the current size of the female she's too small/young to have been bred IMO

Ohh alright, ya he looks huge lol. Those Sambava's sure do get big! That will b very exciting to see what the babies turn out to look like. Be sure to post pics of them when they hatch and mature

My boy Barnum is a FLChams guy. I got him by way of Eric from Chameleons 101.
