Flchams

He told me she would be shipped today and I'd receive her tomorrow. Just received a confirmation email but no tracking number. I'm getting really nervous I told him if I don't receive a tracking number he can cancel my order and refund my PayPal account.

Oh wow! I hope he sends you a tracking #.

Yeah not too happy with his customer service as he responded with this: "We will create the tracking number when we ship later this afternoon. I'm not sure why you're so up in arms over this."

Yeah, just a little better communication would go a long way. Glad it sounds like it's working out!

I have no experience with flchams so won't comment on them, but just to chime in... one annoying about this hobby is many breeders don't have the best people skills lol. Not all of them though. I stick to the kammers mainly. Super friendly, down to earth, and excellent efficiency. On top of that some of the best panther chameleons you can find. Of course when i go for some different species down the road ill have to talk to some new breeders.

Yeah they are definitely one I will be looking at! I actually was looking hard at them already, when I saw this one come available. As long as I receive a healthy guy, and I'm sure I will, and he ends up looking even better than his papa , I'll be happy!

Yeah definitely, good luck! I'm sure he'll turn out great.
Thanks! I'm depending on this forum for almost all my information. I am SO glad this is here, and there are so many people that are passionate enough about these amazing creatures to share their experiences to benefit everyone. I hope I can contribute my own in the near future.

Yup years ago I stumbled on a forum for my saltwater reef, from there I realized there were forums for everything and it's the best way to learn. I've obsessively read about Chams for over a year now and still learn everyday. I can't imagine myself having success without the forums.

She's alive well and healthy:)

Me also. I'm in p.a. ups tracking sucks though. It said the label was made then the next update was she's at the hub 20 minutes away. She arrived at my door at 10 they didn't knock or anything I just got an update saying my order was delivered so I still hate ups lol

Well, she made it safe and sound. That's what counts! I'd love to see some more pics, but I'm sure she's just trying to hide right now.

Yes very true. I just prefer FedEx. Lol yeah ill get some when she starts getting more comfortable in a few days. I felt bad taking the first few so I'm gonna leave her go for a few days then I'll try and sneak another one

Glad to hear! Yeah I've had bad experiences with FedEx shipping. Recently they lost my new chameleon and he was sitting in a box for 2 days... I was furious. Another time they left him without knocking or updating me, I should have checked but you'd think they let you know when a live animal is delivered. Then they give you that fony apology on the phone. Luckily my mail man is cool with the feeders and drops them off first so they aren't in his truck all day.

Wow I would also be furious. Any time I've ordered a reptile through FedEx it's been through ship your reptile so I usually go pick it up at the hub. But yes that's also what ups just did this morning lol no knock or anything but I was also waiting because I had a feeling that would happen but there was no option to ship to a hub. She just scared me I left for an hour and came back and she was black as the mindnight sky. But I think she was just trying to warm up. Shes lightening back up. Have a funeral to go to at 2 then work so I'm kind of nervous not being able to check on her all day but I also just want to leave her alone. She was in there trying to eat the fake plants so I put some lettuce throughout her cage and hasn't touched it. I usually leave them get comfortable and gain their appetite on the first day but I'm not sure if she ate yesterday so I put 3 really small crickets in there because she looked like she was hunting so I'm curious as to what she's gonna do

I got my little dude today (at 4o'clock)! I tracked the truck all day long, but since I live in kind of a small town he didn't get there til 4. He was ready to get out! He climbed onto my hand, went straight up my arm and up the back of my head! Lol! He also went real dark about twenty minutes later, but I figured it was him getting warm. A little while later I looked in and he was shedding(!) A couple hours later I managed to watch him eat 2 small dubias out of a plastic dish. I'm a happy camper

Lol I'm sorry to hear he had to ride around in that truck all day. Mine is starting to shed on her face also. It seems like she's shedding a lot slower than yours though. When I go to mist her sometimes she comes up to me when I open the cage lol other times she's super hidden
