Okay, with much consideration I think I should buy online, because places nearby that have chameleons seem to not know a whole lot about chameleons. I heard much about flchams and people recommend it. My question is should I buy there regular veiled chameleon for half the price,

or should I buy there Jethro bloodline chameleon which supposedly has more vibrant colors, but double the price. Is this just a gimmick, or true. Loved to hear if you bought from them or has bought from the Jethro bloodline

I know panthers have more vibrant colors, but I don't have more money than 150$ all the other supplies drained my money

You could get a quad or gracilior, which are awesome, hardy, and unique. They are in your budget. Require a misting system and lots of water, cooler temps.

Nope 85/87ish . Females 82/84 because of egg production . Yes that's right around my boy 88/89 .

I would like to take a vote on how many keepers actually keep them at 95 basking . Maybe out side in shade dappled sun when they can cool . Almost all keepers I talk with keep them around 86/88 , 95 would be on the really hi side . Though the sec vet I saw whom is an excellent vet wanted Frances at 95 to 105 . I told her she was nuts . She needed to relook at her temps before handing that out .

It's not like a panther requires a more experienced keeper. Vailed is cool too

Any chameleon you get you need to resurch . Fallow their care and you will be good . Also once you get to know your chameleon you will have a better idea of what is tolerated or not . We have one veiled and one panther . Their care is the same except Septiceye I keep hotter at basking . Now I'm not an expert we have been keeping chameleon for just over a year . Our little girl has had breathing issues so her care is pretty intense at times . Septiceye and Frances personality wise are completely different .
