Laurie I was scared to death, he is the smallest most fragile thing I've ever seen.

YAY Donna! He (or she) is adorable! I am sooooooo happy for you!!

Thanks Heather, it was a long labor. I was up at 5:00 am on Saturday thinking it would arrive by 10:30 but come to find out it was suppose to be noon. Then I found out there was a 90 min delay. I was worn out by then. I met the UPS guy at the door grabbed my package and said "YOU'RE LATE"! I opened the package and fell in love.

Congratulations Donna. I think cb is the way to go whenever possible. Im sure your gonna be happy with Flux's baby. He/she looks really good.

That is hard to imagine at this stage. His legs are smaller than toothpicks.

I've gotten baby melleri at 6 weeks old. Now THEY are tiny. Assuming my eggs hatch (certainly don't wan to jinx myself here....), I can't wait to see just how tiny they are at birth compared to the other species I have hatched. :D

I got my baby Mellers the day after it hatched and it was huge in comparison to say a baby Panther!

Boy, you have a way of stealing people's thunder, don't you.:D You are so intimidating and mean. :p (okay, that was mean...)

Yes, how they can get all the body (and tail) in the egg is beyond me. If anyone has every seen a uroplatus lineatus hatch, it's kind of the same thing. It's like someone wound them around so tight and shoved them in the egg. :p

Thanks Julie! I am enjoying my new "bully" status! (Inside joke everyone! I am really a nice person!) ;):p:eek:

The first time I saw Major when Mike shipped him to me-I could not believe that he had just hatched! They are so long when they hatch out! I guess in comparison to the hug hulking lizard he/she is now, they are pretty small! :)
