Fogger/Humidifier help please!

I am currently looking in to getting some kind of humidifier for Monty's cage, whether it be a fogger or ultrasonic humidifier I am not sure yet. I have seen the reptile specific fogger that you place in a container of water, but the mist just seems to stay low down, and I don't really want an open water source in the cage, just in case of any accidents. The other option I have found is a USB humdifier that I can get an extension cable for to place it in his cage. Current weather in the UK is very cold but very dry and I am needing to mist 3 or 4 times a day and when I do the humidity drops right back down to 50% or belwo within a couple of hours. Here's a couple of links if anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated! I am sure that the extra humidity would benefit all the family and not just the chameleons!

Ultrasonic USB humidifier - the more I think about it, the more I am inclined to go with this one.

I use a cold air humidifier and place it either on top of the cage so the mist falls down into the cage or point the mist at the side or front of the cage. You car also add a hose to many humidfiers and plumb the mist/fog exactly where you want it to go. :)

Have a luk at the aquazamp rain systems and misting systems. I just ordered 1 from America. They luk really good.
They come with a timer so u set it to cum on a few times a day. So that would keep up the humidity.

Hi I had the second type of fogger that you have linked and I can tell you that I had it placed in a 20 oz Gatorade bottle, had to trim some of it off in order to make it fit. While it was on it did create alot of mist/fog and at one point my cham actually stuck his head inside of it and drank from it but it didnt appear to be injured or burned from it. I can tell you that if you leave it on for more than 3 hours, the motor inside the fogger unit will burn out, not the power source. I would go with a large room style fogger unit that has a hose assembly and place it above the cage so that the mist falls into it and mainly onto any plants that are in there so that they moisten up and your cham can lick the water off of the leaves.
