just an update oothaca hatched so many babies . Cham ate about 3 of them hes moody afraid of my hand bc he dosnt want to come out of the cage i hope they dont excape from my enclosure

A lot of people don't like bugs. i love them. i used to do taxadermy(think i spelled that right). Iv been hatching preying mantids for awhile now i keep three just to see how big i can get them. They arr getting huge.

The first thing is to keep them separated. put sticks in so they can climb. and feed them fruitflies. i also put a sponge soaked in declorinated water in there habitats. but i clean their habitat every week.

how do you guys feed them to your chams? Do you just put a few in or what? Im in the process of growing mine (just hatched a few days ago) but they are in a 10 gallon tank outside with a bunch of branches in it from our tree that is viney. I feed them flightless fruit flies, shake a bunch out about 2ce a day since its such a large enclosure for them.
So do you just put a few in the cage when they get big enough or is there some way for controlling where they wonder (my guy has arthritis throughout his body and doesnt move that much making hunting prey hard for him) or what? Any tips or tricks would be highly appreciated. =D
