frogs?

Can i feed little frogs or toads to my Jax? I have seen vids on youtube of this, and I know he's bored with the usual crickets and worms, so if anyone has done this and it was fine.. please let me know.

Frogs(tree or water) yes, if you raise them yourself. Wild ones are normally full of nematodes. Also its alot of organ meat so only once a week tops.

Its very much not recommended.

There is too much protein in vertebrae for them to be a healthy feeder.

Try snails. There are guides on how to breed them here, just look around.

You have to breed fresh ones because of the parasites found in wild ones.

Jacksons love them though.
