Getting frustrated

Hang in there. i know it is upsetting but you will find out what is going on. Once the find out they will be able to work toward getting her well.

I see you are still having trouble with your chameleon. I hope you or the vet will get it figured out.

I've been reading your posts...don't know if I have addressed any of these things yet or not or if someone else has mentioned them...
You said you fed her mealworms and superworms...IMHO it would be better to feed her mainly crickets (they are easy to gutload and dust) and use these more as a treat. I'm not sure but I think using just these two could lead to constipation...and you also said that you don't gutload them so they may lack nutrients. Also waxworms are quite fatty and not good to use as feeders for more than a treat once in a while.

Can you tell me what your UVB light is and do you have any plastic or glass between it and your chameleon?

It would be good if you could tell me what brand of calcium you are using or at least what's in it in the way of phos., calcium, D3 and vitamin A. I know you said you used a powder with D3 and the vitamin powder quite frequently and if it was too often it could affect the kidneys. I hope not though.

Good luck with the chameleon!

I put her back on a diet of medium superworms because the crickets ran rampid on my floor and and my CA asked me to stop using them if possible. They were getting into peoples rooms and scaring them (big babies)
She ate one the day I took her to the vet and because of that had one perfectly normal dropping this weekend. but a few a day or so after that she had one of the slimy , off colored droppings that I have posted in pictures previously.

I use a reptiglo 5.0 UVB 13W
there's no plastic or glass between the bulb and the chameleon, besides her mesh top of the cage.

I guess I had misread the marker writing on her cup of calcium. it's calcium without D3.

I'm gonna call the vet tomorrow and ask what brand they gave me.
I had been giving her a multivitamin they also gave me but was told to do that once a month. so I stopped doing that a bit ago.

Dang you let me know when she gets home and I'll send you some silky eggs for you to grow for her so miss fancy pants can get better and have some yum yums to munch on I need to read the happy fancy pants antics again! Get better Po I got some silkies for ya! Tell her that haha you just let me know where and when to send them for your baby!

Awhe thank you so much! I just want this all to be over with so I can have my bratty girl hangin out around the room.

It is sooo lonely.. just an empty cage in the corner ); ughh.
