Getting his shed on!

My Liege starting his first shed since coming home with us, I take it as a good sign! Brings up a good point, in a lizard, is it considered shedding or molting?

According to this site it says that molting is to make room for more growth (grows too big for skin) and shedding is for seasonal changes (spring warm, fall cold). I'd say molting though the term shedding is used a lot on this forum.
