ok so my cham is ready to lay eggs any day now ive placed a 5g aquarium filled with natural sand that is wetted to hold a tunnell my cham wants nothing to do with it ive seen her in it once and immediatly she left it every time i see her she has crammed herself into a small nook beside the aquarium and the enclosure wall she is a browny black colour and is dehydrated ive given her water but she refuses to eat anything i can do for her

I guess if it were me the first thing I would do is cram newspaper or something into those gaps so that she can't work her way in between the aquarium and the side of the enclosure. She will need privacy to lay her eggs so you should block off the view. Either leave yourself a little peep hole or set up a webcam. Did you leave the tunnel you dug? If not, dig her a starter hole. It's not unusual for them to check it out and decide to use it.

I would honestly check out some of the laying bin vids on the chameleon breeding section and then go from there.

hi there how long has she been gravid? is she covered up to avoid her see U?
There is a few vids to watch witch are very good and educational, i use soil/peat in my bins as i have never had success with sand. mine usually don't eat a few days before laying, if she is repeatedly disturbed she wont lay.
