Hi all:),

At the moment im gut loading my feeders, with- Carrot, Sweet Potatoe, and lots of washed dandelion greens from my garden,

I wanted to get some more variation so have found some,

Mustard Cress? this is NOT Water Cress. Is this ok? As i seem to remember mustard greens mentioned somewhere.

Also have bought some Romaine lettuce also.

I seem to remember these being fine, i just wanted to make sure?

Thanks alot.

Mustard greens, collard greens, kale, endive, escarole, papaya, oranges, squash, sweet pepper. It's all good. :) romaine is fine too, but it doesn't have much calcium.

Thanks for that, I did not know the Roamine had little calcium i will still put in some other greens too then,

So the mustard cress is good too? would this be ok to offer my female this at all? Or suitable only for gut feeders? thanks:)
