I only use greens and veggies and a bit of fruit. I've done that for years and my crickets, superworms, etc do well and so do the chameleons.
My chameleon only eats superworms as a last resort -_- very difficult to get him to eat them so I don't feed them to him often. I want to try Dubai roaches but they creep my wife out and she's still a firm no on getting some aha

I was referring to gutloading/feeding the insects with greens and veggies. I forgot to add roaches to my list of insects that veggies and greens work well with...and of course you still have to dust.

Orange heads will really make you appreciate the dubias. Can hear them loudly scurrying around in my closet(where my bins are). Freaks people out. I showed my gf the nymphs when I first got them and said "see they don't look like normal roaches, you can't even tell".... then later she saw the big ones with wings:(
