Hello i have a relatively new young(i say that because his age is unkown but he isnt longer than 4-5inches) jackson chameleon. I was wondering if it was ok to feed the crickets veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and celery. I can't find anything concrete on the subject and i would like some advice on the subject. I know that lettuce is one they are normally fed I just mainly have access to these and wanted to know if giving them to crickets was okay.

I would avoid using broccoli, and cauliflower too much. Carrots are used widely. And while no nutritional value in celery it can be used to hydrate the crickets, with the water stored inside the stock part of celery.

Try mustard greens, and a little chopped up butternut squash.

Pharoh....spinach is not a good choice. Collards, kale, dandelion greens, endive, squash, zucchini, carrots, sweet potato, sweet red pepper, etc. are better choices.
