What's the best thing to gutload...locusts,wax-worm,crickets n mealworms
....also what fruit is ok for chameleons

Check the caresheet on this site, they have loads of info.
Personally I mostly feed apple and carrot to the crickets, but lettuce for example is also good. Apple is something that my cham likes to eat on its own, but I don't give her too much bc of the lot of sugar.
I hope that I could help :) also I'm not a big expert here so I'd definitely check that caresheet for more options!

I want to point out that lettuce is not a staple food as it is mainly water only.

I thought romaine lettuce was decent, iceberg is mostly water. I use romaine and fluckers cricket feed.

Sometime i use garlic powder sparingly ,cause a little of that keep them more healthier, and I use that myself also, its great for our immune system in top shape!!

Do you shave the carrots or whole, say, baby carrots? I have used that in the past and they went to waste.

You can feed/gutload crickets, superworms, roaches, locusts with a wide assortment of greens such as collards, escarole, endive, dandelion greens, kale, etc and veggies such as carrots, sweet red pepper, squash, zucchini, sweet potato, etc. Waxworms are actually pests in bee hives where they eat the combs destroying the hives. In captivity they can be fed bran mixed with honey.

Cut small piece for the feeders and depends if you are a carrots lover,I eat tons of carrots,so it wont all go to waste, things like Bourbon glazed carrots,Maple brown butter glaze carrots, creamy carrot soup with ginger and lemon...food network all day keep my hunger away:)

Garlic is actually poisonous to a lot of animals, I have no idea what the affect is on reptiles and insects though.

How about peppers?
Capsicum does not affect birds and being such a close relative to reptiles I wonder if it has no I'll effect on them also.

Spicy peppers I'm not sure about, I know most animals can't taste the spice of a pepper at least not to our level because of the amount of taste buds we have on our tongue. So you may have to research that one, I use cinnamon and ginger in gutloads, along with basil. But I make my own.

It depends how much you use,if u drink too much water its bad for u too,and so far all my chams has no problem with a bit of garlic powder in their gutload, and you can believe what u like, and I will still do what I want :)
