Halmahera geckos

picked these up at the last chicago NRE. the skin is absolutely amazing to touch and the way they use the nail is pretty darn neat 2.

Wow, they are awesome. I can see the evidence of the nail use on your hand, lol! Do they feel like Crested Geckos?

softer! you have to be so gentle with these guys. ive seen a guy handle one wrong (because he was scared of being bit) he tore the skin about 2 inches across its back. ive never felt anything like them.

Yup, the skin will tear on these guys, similar to day geckos.

Very fragile.

They do look lovely! I hope to get one at some point in the future.....
