Hand fed my new cham for the first time!

this thread is really just a celebration! i got my veiled cham, chameleo dicaprio, a week and a half ago and he ate from my hand for the first time this saturday! he ate two crickets from my hand and then sunday he ate another one! im really happy hes warming up to me and is starting to see im not a threat. i was worried it was going to take a while for him to trust me but hes making good strides!

That's great! I remember when mine ate from my hand for the first time- it's such a nice feeling! He'll get more and more used to it if you keep it up!

Mine was ok when he was small, but developed his attitude once he became a sub adult, so don't feel bad if he suddenly gapes at you down the line, but congrats anyway!

I only feed mine from hand ! It builds trust and he even looks forward to coming out of his habitat to "hang out " while I am gardening
