Hatchlings in egg container

I've got little guys hatching out right now and was wondering, how long do you guys leave them inside the egg container after they have fully come out of the egg? Is 1 day long enough or should I be waiting longer? Some of them seem to have difficulty opening their eyes if I take them out right away and tend do do better if left in the incubator for a day or so. What has been your experience?

I personally took mine out whenever I saw they were out of the egg. (I left the egg shell in the container) All 17 are doing great! Maybe that is the reason why I have 2 eggs waiting to be hatched 2 months after the first one came out. (Apparently leaving the babies in with the eggs causes the others to want to come out too?)

As soon as they are fully out of the egg.

I take them out once per day. Those that are out of egg, get a little water spray down to remove the loose hatch medium, and to help clean around their eyes. Babies not out of the egg get to wait a day to see if ready then.

They look so fragile. What do you feed them? Will fruit flies work?
