hates the cage/explores/friendly?

everytime i open the caged door he runs like crazy to me and wants to get on my hands , one time he jumped on my hand !and he refuses to get back in the cage, he just grabs me like crazy when i want to put him inside the cage!
he wants to walk all over the room !
could this be becose he knows i get him to sunlight when i get him out of the cage? does he want to explore the room?does he hate the cage ?does he like me?
what could be the reason of this ?
ah and he does this only to me , if someone else opens the cages he wont even move from where he is !
just curious !

with my girlfriend... i guess you feed allot from the hand?

he is a male veiled of 6 months !
temps 88-90 F basking , compact 10.0uvb and 60w bulb for basking !

I think 10.0 is a little much especially if u take him out to get sunshine often JMO

Sounds adorable! My old Panther Cham would do that to everybody... specifically me. He also preferred to stay on my body. When anybody would walk in the room he would run to the main branch by the door of the cage and stretch his arms out like he was saying "holdddd me". He had a 175gal screen cage, live plants, perfect basking and UVB. He was healthy as all get out he just loved attention. Doesn't sound like he hates his cage... just sounds like he likes to be out. It all depends on the Cham I had Veileds who would gape at you if you looked at them the wrong way lol but my Panther on the other hand loved being in the living room on the huge living room plants and would interactive with guests... he would crawl over to them and just start walking all over them lol here is a pic of him doing his thing
