Having Trouble Taming

i aim trying to get out of crickets as much as possible i spoke with @nick barta to get a dubia colony going and hope that my chameleon will take to the roaches. i dont like crickets they smell really bad and die too fast. also from my understanding silk worms can be a good everyday feeder? i have some hornworms as well that i try to keep small for my girl for some treats but not every day.

Generally chameleons are not something you can rush with. If you try to rush anything with chameleons you will likely cause the opposite reaction of them liking you and trusting you, instead you will cause agression and distrust.

I would not buy an actual roach colony until you have tested roaches out and seen if your chameleon will eat them. Silkworms can be a good every day feeder, but I usually don't feed more than one or two a day. Hornworms I don't feed more than one or two a day and usually I don't feed other soft bodied feeders on those days.

i got 50 roaches to test them and only a few males and females to start a small colony for now if she takes and if not no biggie. but i wanted some to start so that if she did take i dint have to pay more for shipping and such.
