He eats a lot

I have a veiled who is about 3-4 months old. I give him anywhere from 10-12 crickets a day. Is this a good amount. I know he can eat more, is he at an age where give him as much as he can eat? or limit it. I also tried superworms a few times, but, he's not into em.

small crickets 3/8 size
and I'm dusting. majority of the time calcium w/o D3. calcium with D3 twice a month and multivitamin twice a month
